Fresh Spices are essential for any great curry. Just like coffee, spices need to be freshly roasted to bring out the best flavours. So we roast, cool and grind our spices separatley then blend them to bring out the best they have to offer.

Curry Pastes
We roast our onions, ginger and garlic in the absolute minimum amount of orgainc coconut oil then add our own fresh spices along with various other fresh ingredients, then slow cook till the oils separates. This technique ensures that the spices are fully cooked, which in turn results in a full bodied taste which smooth on the tongue and easy on the digestion.
